RNIB: Karaoke Eye Test

To mark RNIB’s year as the official health charity partner for Glastonbury Festival, we produced the ‘Karaoke Eye Test’ to bring to life the fact that half of sight loss is preventable with regular eye tests.

The Karaoke Eye Test tent was positioned right next to the iconic Pyramid Stage

Groups of festival goers were encouraged to dress up in front of our Instagram ready backdrop

The song lyrics were then shown on screens in the Snellen Chart style of traditional eye tests

Throughout each track we then introduced filters to the lyrics that simulated the effects of different eye conditions from glaucoma to diabetic retinopathy

Our ambassadors were on standby to capture looping animated GIFs of each performance to be shared straight to social. These video clips were then pushed to the jumbo screens either side of the Pyramid stage for festival wide visibility.

The Karaoke Eye Test was shortlisted for Best Experiential at the Campaign Big Awards

The experience also picked up two silvers at the Creative Circle Awards for Best Event and Best Brand Activity at a Public Event.
